Welcome to the 2024-2025 Magnet Lottery Application

The 2024-2025 Priority Magnet School Lottery Application has re-opened to receive applications until April 19, 2024 when it will close for the season.

All applications received now through April 19 will be lotteried to a waitlist at the end of April and sent to each school or enrollment center.  If the school of choice has room, you will be notified by the school or enrollment center in May.

If you have already submitted an application and have not received placement, you do not have to submit another application.

NWSISD offers magnet schools from grades K-12 in three themes; Arts, International Baccalaureate, and Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEM/STEAM).  If you have questions about the NWSISD magnet school application process, please call 763-450-1300.

Please note that only students that are legal residents of one of the seven NWSISD member school districts may apply to a magnet school through NWSISD.

Kindergarten students must be born on or before September 1, 2019 in order to be eligible for the 2024-25 school year.
